We are a small team and we keep contact simple. Everything comes to support@cryptoquill.com. To make sure your message reaches the right person quickly, put one of the following words at the start of your subject line:
- Tip: you know something we should be reporting. Exchange trouble, an exploit, a project quietly changing its terms, a filing nobody has noticed. Tell us what you know and how you know it. We protect our sources, and we never publish a tipster’s identity without explicit permission.
- Correction: something we published is wrong. Link the article, quote the sentence, and show us the evidence. Our Corrections Policy explains exactly what happens next and how fast.
- Press: announcements, launches, and statements from projects, exchanges, and firms. We read these, but please note that a press release is the start of our verification process, not the end of it, and sending one does not guarantee coverage of any kind.
- Advertising: campaigns, sponsorships, and partnership enquiries. Read Advertise With Us first, because it explains what we accept and, more importantly, what we refuse.
- Privacy: questions about your personal data, or a request to access or delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- DMCA: copyright notices and counter-notices. The required contents of a valid notice are listed in our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
What to expect
We aim to acknowledge correction reports and legal notices within two business days, and usually much faster, because in a market that trades around the clock an uncorrected error compounds by the hour. Tips are read quickly but may not get a reply if we cannot act on them. Press releases generally only get a reply when we need something from you, usually evidence.
A note on what we will never ask of you
Nobody at CRYPTO QUILL will ever contact you asking for your seed phrase, private keys, wallet credentials, or a “verification” deposit, and we will never direct-message you first about an investment opportunity. Scammers impersonate crypto publications constantly. If someone claiming to be us asks for any of those things, it is not us, and we would be grateful if you forwarded the attempt to support@cryptoquill.com so we can warn other readers.
Comments and social platforms
We sometimes see messages sent through social platforms, but we cannot promise to. Email is the channel we actually monitor and the only channel we treat as formal notice for corrections, privacy requests, and legal matters. If it matters, send it to the address above.
